Processing 

Cimarron Sports offers standard UPS and FedEx Ground Delivery within the continental U.S. We will not ship internationally, except for Canada. Hawaii and Alaska customers, please contact our customer service department for shipping rates. Orders are normally fulfilled within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Orders that require truckline delivery will require an additional charge once freight estimates have been finalized. Our team members will be happy to assist you in obtaining accurate delivery information and pricing.

 

Shipping Surcharge 
Some items may have an additional shipping and handling surcharge. (Please refer to individual products for details)

 

Returns
Cimarron Sports accepts returns within 31 days of the invoice date. If a return is needed, please contact our team for instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Cimarron Sports reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee (with a minimum charge of $10.00) for unused products and a 25% restocking and reselling fee, if the product has been used. Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts, and packaging.

Custom orders and any orders that are cut or altered are final. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees which are non-refundable.

Should you need to return merchandise, please submit a claim on the Support page to receive a RMA#.

Repack the merchandise and return it to the following address. Please be sure to include the RMA# on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Cimarron Sports. is not responsible for items damages or lost in transit.

 

If you are returning merchandise because it is damaged, defective, or it was an incorrect product, Cimarron Sports will provide a prepaid UPS return label.

 

Warranties

Cimarron Sports warranties its products with a minimum one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Products that are defective due to manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Cimarron Sports. Cimarron Sports will require photos of the product and other information to process a warranty claim. The warranties do not cover products that are damaged or defective due to Dealer or consumer negligence, abuse, over usage, acts of nature, or shipping damages.Warranties do not transfer with second hand ownership change.
